Pappy Ducky and Sissy Spacek KY's story
Puppy Ducky is a purebred 11 year old big boston terrier at 39 lbs. He could stand to lose a few pounds.
Puppy Ducky has lives his whole life with his sister Sissy Spacak so we would give first preference to a home that would adopt both of them.
Puppy is a fun loving dog with a lot of life left in him. He loves to play with any kind of balls and fur babies. Puppy also loves to talk and sing when he is nervous.
Big dogs make him a bit nervous as do only some cats.
Puppy Ducky would do well in a home with  his fur sister Sissy. He seems to do well with
dog savvy & dog respectful kids 10 years & older.
Puppy Ducky is UTD, heart worm negative, neutered & micro-chipped.

Sissy Spacek is a purebred 12 year old female Boston terrier. She is a medium size gal at 20 lbs.
Sissy has spent her whole life with Puppy Ducky and they will be adopted together. She is a bit bossy with him in a loving way. You know how boys are.
Sissy has a lot of life. She loves to act like a puppy by digging, shredding balls and rope toys, and trying to jump off of short fences.
Sissy does not like her face washed or dried, and can get snippy if people insist. She does love to wear sweaters and dresses. And boy does she like to talk and sing, it is very sweet, more of a cry not a bark. Also loud voices make her become very protective of her people.
Sissy Spacek will do best in a home with her fur brother Puppy Ducky.
She would do ok in a home with dog savvy & dog respectful kids 10 years & older.
Sissy Spacek is UTD, heart worm negative, spayed, & micro-chipped.

If you want to talk about me, please contact my foster family at the
Boston Terrier Rescue of East Tennessee, Kentucky Region
Email me at: BTRETky@gmail.com and a foster momma or daddy will get back with you as soon as possible.
Keep in mind this is the general mailbox for the entire KY Region.
Please use the foster momma or dad's contact information above for questions.
The process always begins with an application which can be found at The Boston Terrier Rescue of East Tennessee website
Note that in most cases, we do not adopt to families with small children, e.g., 'under 6,' as a precaution to the child's safety and the dog's safety. In some cases with larger Boston mixes or other dogs, we do make exceptions. Please ask the foster momma.
We prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to personally drive/fly to get the dog.  The East Coast division (NC/SC/VA/MD/DC) does have special transport capabilties for their kids.   Ask them.
Also, submission of an application and fee does not guarantee adoption of any specific Boston since that particular dog may have applications pending or may not be the right match for you.
