Pepper Ann KY's story
Pepper Ann is a lovely little 11 year old, 20 lb female. Shes a pure bred Boston, and sweet as they come!
Pepper Ann has been spayed, is up to date on vaccines.
Pepper Ann lived a long time in one home, until her owner, whom she loved SO much, passed. Shes having some trouble with potty training as she is having to learn a whole new house and routine for the first time.
Pepper needs a new mommy or daddy that will dote on her all the time. She needs to be someones very best friend. Pepper doesnt care if there are other dogs or cats, or older kids- shes just not a fan of small kids.
What does Pepper Ann like?? Whatever YOU like! You like to walk? She does, too! You like to take drives? She does, too! You like to snuggle and nap? She does, too! Pepper Anns favorite things are being with her favorite person!
If you are looking for an absolute best, best friend forever, look no further than this sweet little Pepper!

Pepper Ann would do well in a home with or without another fur friend or it doesnt matter.

The process always begins with an application which can be found at The Boston Terrier Rescue of East Tennessee website
Note that in most cases, we do not adopt to families with small children, e.g., 'under 6,' as a precaution to the child's safety and the dog's safety. In some cases with larger Boston mixes or other dogs, we do make exceptions. Please ask the foster momma.
We prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to personally drive/fly to get the dog.  The East Coast division (NC/SC/VA/MD/DC) does have special transport capabilties for their kids.   Ask them.
Also, submission of an application and fee does not guarantee adoption of any specific Boston since that particular dog may have applications pending or may not be the right match for you.
