Sweet and cuddly dog seeking family with a lot of energy to play and give me plenty of attention. I am house and crate trained. Heart worm free, who loves long naps in your lap. I get along with other dogs but prefer to have all of your attention. Cats....well Im still not sure how I feel about cats. I do well with kids, but more so the older ones that can recognize when I dont feel like playing. Interested?
Shadow Jr. is a purebred Boston terrier boy that has a little funny tail. He is 6 years old and weighs about 18 lb. He had a growth on his front foot, but the vet took care of that and it was benign, but gone now!
Besides being heart worm negative, Shadow Jr. is neutered, fully vaccinated and microchipped.

Note that in most cases, we do not adopt to families with small children, e.g., 'under 6,' as a precaution to the child's safety and the dog's safety. In some cases with larger Boston mixes or other dogs, we do make exceptions. Please ask the foster momma.
We prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to personally drive/fly to get the dog.  The East Coast division (NC/SC/VA/MD/DC) does have special transport capabilties for their kids.   Ask them.
Also, submission of an application and fee does not guarantee adoption of any specific Boston since that particular dog may have applications pending or may not be the right match for you.
