Ernie Hemingway, KY Boston Terrier Senior Male for sale in Maryville, Tennessee

$225

Ernie Hemingway, KY's story
Meet Ernie ! Ernie is a manly Boston mix of a certain age, around 10 years old, I am told, and is a 15 lb lump of love. A heck of a guy, Ernie is super handsome and super Grey. But don't let his unusual looks fool you, he has an old soul but a large wardrobe that he adores, so be prepared to make some extra room to accommodate it all!
Ernie is the kindest, sweetest, most laid-back (nice, for 'lazy') and humble dogs I have ever met. That being said, you might not want to leave any meals unattended around him.....
Aside from his favorite activity of trying on his t-shirts, Ernie enjoys a long session of belly rubs, lap hoarding, sunspot surfing and spooning while watching 'The Walking Dead'. But most of all, he enjoys his nice fuzzy bed for his many hours of slow-motion sleeping.
Ernie would do well in a home with other submissive, low-energy, sloth like creatures.
       Ernie Hemingway is UTD
 heartworm negative and neutered.
        - he is crate trained
        - working on being potty trained
        - untested with cats
        - okay with older respectful children

The adoption fee is $225.00.
If you want to talk about me, please contact my foster family at the
Boston Terrier Rescue of East Tennessee, Kentucky Region

Please use the foster momma or dad's contact information above for questions.
The process always begins with an application which can be found at The Boston Terrier Rescue of East Tennessee website
Note that in most cases, we do not adopt to families with small children, e.g., 'under 6,' as a precaution to the child's safety and the dog's safety. In some cases with larger Boston mixes or other dogs, we do make exceptions. Please ask the foster momma.
We prefer to place dogs within driving distance of where they are being fostered. If someone from outside the local area is approved for adoption, they must be willing to personally drive/fly to get the dog.  The East Coast division (NC/SC/VA/MD/DC) does have special transport capabilties for their kids.   Ask them.
Also, submission of an application and fee does not guarantee adoption of any specific Boston since that particular dog may have applications pending or may not be the right match for you.
